Return Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours with no extra charge.  (Rush orders exceptional)

2. Return

We have a 7-day return policy for items , which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shipping charge would be on your expense. Please contact us asap if you want to return your item.

Please note most dresses on our website are made to order, for custom made items, there might be restock fee for return.

3. Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. How to return

4.1. Please contact our team ASAP if you want to return your items at service@ecdress.com

4.2. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package within 24 hours. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.

4.3. You will use reliable shipping with online tracking info to send the item back. Please make sure we can track the package all the time or the refund would not be doable if there is any package loss.

4.4. We will process the refund right away on receipt of the package.
